Port + E is still probably not enough to hit 450. E + MHI is at 450-475. I would doubt that port setup is equivalent to a whole turbo's gains.

Looking at the video on the tuners IG he is running port injection with large injectors as well as ethanol. It's no surprise he is seeing those numbers with auxiliary fueling.
I do not think there is any circumstance where the OEM turbo makes an honest 450whp, regardless of how much fuel is available. Airflow limitations, not fueling.

How different is the turbo on the FL5 compared to the FK8?

Well after a quick search I found the answer to my own question.

PRL posted the wheel sizes of the FK8 and FL5 turbo compared to their P700.

The oem FL5 turbo compressor exducer is 8.65mm larger than the FK8 oem turbo and it also uses extended tip technology. The FL5 Turbo is a more efficient turbo than the one in the FK8.

"The factory FL5 turbocharger features an 8-blade billet compressor wheel with "extended-tip" technology in comparison to the FK8's cast 6+6 "split" 6-blade wheel. Because of material differences, the FL5's compressor wheel is thinner, lighter, and features more aggressive aero. Extended-tip wheels promote greater airflow, providing a faster boost response at lower engine speeds and increases efficiency at higher boost pressures. Basically, extended tip technology allows smaller wheels to achieve/amplify the benefits of smaller and larger wheels into one, compact design. This new turbocharger also has a different contour to the compressor wheel design, utilizing a more laid-over fin profile. Another notable change is the significant reduction in root size, that is visually maintained throughout the entire root of the turbocharger. All of these revisions, including the increased wheel diameters, are how Honda was effectively able to increase overall efficiency of the FL5 turbocharger. "

Hello, This was my car and it did indeed explode and send a rod to space. All I wanted to do was beat my friend in his Mustang GT, but he ended up crashing it before we could race, so I did all of that for nothing. RIP me
