1.5T Cutting Vent Holes for CAI

Has any creative geniuses used anything to trap the incoming air through this opening to direct ALL the incoming air to the intake? If so, how did you go about this? What did you use? I want to fully utilize this whole opening to direct as much air up as possible to a cone filter box I'll have up closer to the maf sensor. No worries on hydrolock as I may have some very small openings on the box in the engine so water won't be fully sucked up through this opening.

I want to capture as much air coming through here as possible. A simple hose or airhorn will allow air to pass around it. I wan to be greedy and trap it all. PM me if you don't want to post. Thanks!

Looks separate since it has another number pointing to it. Fog light vent is #11 in the photo and the radar cover is #14
