In your great state of WV you only have a few choices of personalized plates:
Standard, Scenic, and Wildlife.

You do have a choice of 10 NASCAR plates though. I’ve driven through WV lots, someone looked at my ride and said to me at a rest stop, “NASCAR”. I didn’t know if it was a question whether I was into it or asking who my favorite driver was so I asked. They said it slower ...

Yup, definitely sounds like WV. I didn't even know about the NASCAR plates, but I'm not surprised. I grew up in MI where all the roads were flat and straight. Probably the single best thing about WV is the amazing mountain roads and scenery. Well, that and the cost of living is crazy low
