Beat rush. Out of Japan has a similar brace to the one on the CTR, I used it for awhile. I have the invoice for it still in my car log folder, it's mainly in Japanese as most of my invoices are though if anyone is interested. I think it was like 42000 yen or 4200 whatever is closer to 50 bucks

for the lower front you must trim some small pieces of plastic no big deal, in regards to gain more stiffness you can incorporate the strut tower brace, the type r lower brace, rear lower brace and you are good to go, with all of these the car feel solid and rigid, also you can gain more stabilty with the the type r or SI rear sway for your hatchback.

I'm positive I trimmed an oval on each side but can't see it when I went to take a pic.

possibly you’re thinking of the power brace which I believe needs trimming.
