I much prefer the 2018+ Accord cast aluminum end links. They are cheaper (12$ a piece) and don’t have any welds which are a failure point.

I’m going to order a set of these to try out. Can t go wrong at that price point. I’ve been running the stock end links with the CTR RSB for over 10k miles so far without any issues though.

Vincent, the CTR RSB is 20.5mm, I have one on my Sport.
Okay, awesome. Thanks for that piece of info. Any CTR guys who are running the Eibach sway bar in here?

Just installed my type r rear sway bar AND end links onto my 2018 Si and being that this info isnt out there in its entirety I would like to share that the end links are in fact different/improved over the SI end links and will bolt directly in place of the stockers. The oem end links are polymer design and the ctr end links are all metal with much better torsional rigidity. Definitely a worthwhile improvement over the stock setup. The oem ones can be used if necessary but why not upgrade the upgrade! Just wanted to share.
Here’s a pic of the CTR end links.

Whiteline as generously offered to help support our 2018 SI so we will be getting the full kit from them. Both front and rear bars along with front and rear upgraded endlinks. I'll be sure to share our feedback and thoughts once we get them on the car.

Funny, I emailed them yesterday. Can you confirm whether or not you can use their end links with the OEM sway bar?

I would like to think so. But I'll check on that once I have all the parts in house and perform install.

I do actually think I want just a little more rotation. Could I get adjustable links and add more preload to the bar?

I'm hoping the 22mm is enough. I some what think it won't be give the aero that is going on the car. I got as much spring as I could with the OEM struts for now.

Now my interest is peaked:

While looking and finding the end links found the different rear bar for the Accord Sport with 19”s. It’s last 3 are A03, same as the typeR bar... The upgraded sport bar is A13 and is said to be larger going to look more into this now...
Did you ever find out about the Accord Sport rear sway bar? Not sure how thick the SI rear sway is but if the Accord's is larger diameter and much cheaper than the Type R's I'm definitely interested.

EDIT:
Civic Sport Swaybar: 16.5mm
Civic SI Swaybar: 18mm
Civic Type-R Swaybar: 20.5mm

I read a few impressions where people weren't happy with the Type-R bar because it caused too much oversteer.
If the Accord Sport's bar is 19" that's a great mid-point between the SI's and apparently (from reading impressions on this forum) 1mm of thickness in the rear swaybar is noticeable. 19" would be prefect for the SI to add a little oversteer but not too much.

No, it isn’t. At least not the stock end links.

I have the Progress rsb, which is the same size as the ctr bar, and the stock units were not up to the task.

The bushings were starting to get pulled out when I replaced them with Accord end links after 20k miles.
I was referencing the ctr end links in the quote you did just for clarity.

Your post definitely proves a benefit to be had!

The CTR RSS does not cause too much oversteer. To me it feels very balanced, cuts down on understeer greatly from stock Si RSS. Honestly I was hoping for more oversteer but even with t/c completely off, it’s hardly there and if I am able to induce any it is very minimal.
