Cost difference 2.0 vs 1.5T engine

Does anyone know how much the actual cost difference between these two engines?

Is there a reason they couldn't have just put in a small turbo/forced intake in the exact 2.0 engine to make the setup mostly the same?

Probably the same reason why they couldn't have just put a I4 3.0T, or a V6, or a Boxer 6 out of a GT3RS (okay well maybe that one wouldn't fit but). It isn't so much about cost as it is about having different price points in the marketing. Also, a turbo isn't simply a "bolt on" item for a N/A engine, it requires quite a bit extra in terms of equipment and programming.
