Setting up my tuneview parameters right now (I'm a complete tune newbie) and been researching old threads to get an understanding of what each parameter means and what are normal / abnormal values. Running 91 Octane on 2021 civic hatchback sport MT. Only add-on is PRL Cobra Street CAI, Rest is stock. Please let me know if you guys use different Parameters and why.
What would be some ranges of normal & bad values?
My current parameters: (Please correct me if i'm wrong on the meaning of the parameters below or the optimal values)
MAP - This is the boost level. I'm on a stock clutch so I would assume for safety & reliability, I would want to stay below 18 PSI
AFR - This is Air fuel Ratio. I'm not sure what the values should be..?
IAT - Pre intercooler temps
IAT2- Post intercooler temps. Temp will be higher than IAT but you want the variance to be small.
K con - Knock control. Should be around .50?
LTFT1 - This is Long term fuel trim. It should be around 0% give or take +/- 10%.
Thanks!
