I was able to get a pretty close match to make the side markers "disappear". Did it with pastidip with a guide i found online to match white orchard pearl pretty closely.
Since i know it will be asked
2 light coats white
2 heavy coats white
2 medium coats pearlizer
3 heavy gloss coats

Only have pictures at night (with and without flash) but will post in the day time tomorrow. Looks like a pretty close match maybe a little darker but look pretty good. Yes you can also see the side marker light through it at night as well!

Looks great, I don't recall seeing that before. I really like how they still light up at night too, I wasn't expecting the light to get through the plastidip so well.

Neat idea. I like my smoked markers but this is really cool.
