Sound has returned and I'm not too happy about it.

When I do get this sound (and it's not all the time) the pedal feels like it goes down in clicks as well.

Dealer said it is not the clutch master cylinder and that it was just grease but to keep an eye on it as well. 4-5 days later the sound has returned.

This is what it sounds like:

Yes same here but mine is not that loud yet. I would go back and say could it be a bad CMC give the suggestion. See what happens. or you could buy this https://twostepperformance.com/spec-master-cylinder-upgrade-kit-for-2016-honda-civic-1-5t/ . i got this but have not put it in yet. Also check your brake fluid level.
Thanks, I did suggest this to them but they said it is definitely not that (they probably don't want to do it).

And there's no way I'm paying to replace a part (if that's what it is) when it's under warranty (and a long extended one at that).

Will make an apt soon for it again.

Its either your CMC or slave cylinder. The CMC's from 06 & up are horrible. Went through this on my old 8th gen Si.

Not sure, hasn't done it since the warm weather came but now that winter is here (saw snow today sadly) I'll be listening for it.

dealer said they aren't just going to start throwing parts at the car.

what's you current mileage and when did it started, if you don't mind sharing
I'm around 42k miles right now, I noticed it around 40k. It doesn't happen all the time, probably just once out of every few days that I drive it.

Mine has started doing this as of about a week ago. I'm about 25,400 miles, took it to the dealership and they said it was normal o_O

Has anyone found any solution, or should I just take it to another stealership?

I found a solution - torn acl and meniscus in a left knee. can't drive now after surgery - no clutch squeaking, problem solved

I'm in the uk. Had this problem and Honda said it's quite common and they just automatically replace the master cylinder. Got mine fitted last week.

Lucky you, my dealer told me they won't just replace parts hoping for a fix, and when I said there are alot of people saying this is the solution they say they can't go by what the internet states.

May try another dealer soon if the problem comes up but it hasn't yet.. surprising since we're getting into very cold temps now.
