I noticed today that the clock doesn't update and stays stuck while driving this morning. Did anyone else ever notice the same?

Which clock display? The one between the steering wheel or the one on the infotainment unit? And by stuck, do you mean it did not update for the entire drive, or it was set to the wrong time and never updated automatically to the correct time?

The infotainment unit and stuck as in the top right time is showing 7:28 (around when I started my car) and the actual current time was 7:51 (while driving).

It's working fine now, but, during the time, if I went to the clock settings, the time would update to the current time. However, when I toggled back to the main screen, the time got stuck again.

You need to reboot the head unit. Hold down the audio power button until the reboot dialog appears.
