Clicking sound when turning wheel all the way to left or right

Doesnt do this all the time. The wheel has to be cut as far as it will go. I have a 2016 LX. I read something where someone say this is something typical with a civic and its nothing to worry about. I have 24,000 miles

clicking sound could be your wheel bearing, axle, dust shield, something is rubbing or some other thing. hard to say without looking at it in person

I had the same issue about two days ago. Turning all the way to the left or right. Only has happened once so far but will be checking regularly in future.
