It does sound like something is loose. Obviously not a wheel bearing or the transmission since your car isn't moving.

Mine does the same thing, very loud @ 2k rpm and then goes quiet until 3.5k The clanking comes on at about 7% throttle. I just took my car to the dealership and it only has 42k miles for 2018. Car never ran low on oil and never abused. They tearing down the whole engine right now. I’ll update you on what they find. Powertrain warranty should cover it. If not I’m out of pocket and out of luck

Interesting. That’s a tough one. It’s very consistent. Making noise while not moving then it’s likely not a bearing though. It makes noise while stationary and moving, could be many things. Good luck, keep us posted.
