CivicX hybrid pics?

Hello all traveling through San Francisco and saw this vehicle, looks to be a Civic Hybrid in testing? Took video also will try and find a way to upload if people want to see more of it.

Well that's certainly interesting. It appears to have some extra aero on the rear fenders, sort of like the Insight. Do you have any pics of the front?

And video would be nice.
