New to the forums.

My wife just picked up her 2020 FK8 last week.

On Saturday our rims also just arrived.

Work Emotion ZR10 in black diamond lip cut with all black emotion center caps. Wheels are 18" x 9.5 +38 on stock height wrapped in Firestone Indy500 265/35R18.

No rubbing stance looks good also handles great still.

Nice! Billy and his team are great! His neighbor, Andrew at Apex Motoring is the go-to 10th Gen tech in the GTA for all mods and maintenance work!

We're 5 minutes away on the other side of 401 :)

Hey man. I have a 18x9.5 +50 with 265/40 and there is enough space for 275/40 so you will be fine. Check the wheel calculator. Mine is 2.7mm closer to the strut.

I took some quick pics after getting my tires mounted today on my Gram Lights milano red 57DRs since I was so excited.

This color definitely pops against my CBP and I'm loving it! Thanks to @System Motorsports for the quick shipping!

I need some tire shine asap lol.

Looks great! I really like the 255/40 at stock height look. Great colour, match the car perfectly.

Being thee red lover, bravo.

For tire shine, once cleaned, two thin coats of this look amazing, no sling, and lasts.*

Does anyone have pictures of CE28SL 18x9.5 +42 with Michelin PS4S 255/40 18, stock height on their FK8 CTR? I have a CW ‘21 and just bought a set of diamond black CE’s...curious to see what the wheel gap looks like before I decide on a tire size. Thank you in advance!

I don’t have CE’s but, I have 18X9.5 +40 ZE40’s with that tire size and on stock suspension. Hopefully this helps a little.

Wow, thanks a lot. The offset is just -2 different than mine. This is a great ball park example of what my wheels will look like. I appreciate the reply.

BTW, those ZE40’s are super rad. Great choice.

Just fitted today,

BBS CI-R, Bronze anniversary edition, et35. On stock suspension

Tyres, Eagle F1 SuperSport, 245/35/19

Thrilled with them! They do stick out more, but I'm really happy. They ride so much better than the standard 20 inch on our road surface!

What do most CTR owners do with the OEM wheels upon putting on aftermarkets? I'm assuming just hold on to them to restore the car to stock for the down the road.

Since I run A/S 19”, OEM stacked in garage for autocross use.

Looking for some guidance on wheels. Can I expect much more life length on 20's if I add a meatier 20" tire to the stock wheels or am I just better off dropping to 18's? I plan on staying at stock height. Car is not tracked. If dropping to 18's I'd probably want to keep under 2k for the set. Thoughts?
