Can the software on a civic be upgraded to have a SATNAV added?

I bought the civic and now I have to buy a GARMIN SATNAV but would prefer it to be installed on the display.

Would like any information.

From what I see in the community, you need to buy a gps module and an SD card. Then take the headunit out to put the gps module and SD card in it. However, I don't know how you can download the maps and garmin software.
