Well, when all the previous vehicles your family owns breaks down every month or tries to murder you on the highway and the Hondas go for 131,000 miles with only a battery change, then yeah, I'll fucking buy the Honda. Also, this is an enthusiast site and that list is among 7 family members.
K tell us about your shirts.. 10 of the same?? or no??

My dealer just emailed to inform me that they are getting the Si, one sedan and one coupe, in late May. Those are probably the Touring packages, he says but no solid info on this, yet. This means NY auto show debut of Si sedan is very likely a sure thing. I hope he's right. I'm excited to be there - it better be in NY!

I was out of the country for a while and my alerts exploded. I have yet to catch up. You Si and CTR people seriously need to stop posting so fast! :D:p

I am thinking your dealer meant EX packages with navi. We've yet to see any indication of LED headlights or sensing on the Si.
I personally don't know the details of any package or feature differences because I'm only interested in the base - not into tech or extra features myself.

You could absolutely be right about that, but he wasn't as definite about that type of package as he was with the cars' arrival in May. He very well could have mislabeled it. We will all get the answers soon. :)

So after a quick look back at hondanews.com, it took Honda about 2 months between announcement of the coupe and the release of the specs, then one month for the hatchback... Maybe the Si will be even less so? Chances that we'll see the specs at or right after the NYIAS are really small, but I'm at least hoping it won't take them more than a month for the Si.

Realistically, -- probably mid- to late May.

Wondering what Si news we'll see after this show.

So, are we expecting any new details to come out of NYIAS or just a rehash of last week's reveal?
If it's truly coming out in May, I would expect either a physical presentation tomorrow of some sort or at the least a full press release stating EVERYTHING. Just my opinion though. I would suspect the latter more than the former.

I'm pretty sure they're going to be spending more time on their Clarity's. I wouldn't expect much more than a static display and, perhaps, a go-live of the product brochure. There just isn't enough time to spend more than 4-5 minutes on the Si.

Also, probably unrelated -
Hatch 'concept' was revealed or announced on April 1st. On August 22nd, I was in Baltimore at the dock looking for them!

Really hoping that they give up some more info/details. Anyone know what time Honda will be presenting?
