Civic Si in TCA Racing

I thought this was pretty interesting. Didn't realize that Honda made racing-tuned Si(s) and you can see the racing series on YT. There are anywhere between 3-5 Si(s) participating in any one race.

That's something I've been thinking about doing to my si. Not anytime soon, but at some point when I have plenty of time (and space) to work on the car. Not sure how hard it would be.

Only thing that concerned me is why werent the vents actually vented? Was this honda saving money or out of necessity?
Although seeing this post makes me think other wise and probably going to vent out the "vents" lol

Yeah, I think you'd see some gains. It would also expose the filter to more water and debris. I guess you could put a hydro shield on it and hope that provides enough protection

was wondering this mysef when i saw how well those wheels are clearing the BBK. Close up on the tires says 245/45. So i think the most narrow wheel you could run with those tires would be 8 inch.
