So has anyone tested their Falkens yet? My friend just mounted up some 245/40/17s and they’re pinched on the rim. He ran them today for the first time and said it was too much tire for the rim. As we know the Falkens run wide

I know not a GS car, but I have been really enjoying the pinched 660s. Everyone prior to the start of the year yelled they would destroy themselves. 275/35/19 on a 8.5 I have 43 runs on my set and they look way better than RE71Rs at the same run count. Did some tire testing and found them to be slightly faster than similarly pinched 71s

To add to this the tires are on a GTI with 17x7.5 not 8

Only two events on mine (235 17s) but so far, so good. If someone blindfolded me and told me they were 'Stones I wouldn't be able to tell.

Running the Chicago Champ in a few weeks and that should be a decent test.
