I have a 2017 civic sedan, I did a muffler and resonator delete but is too loud and drone make my head hard. Is there a resonator or muffler can help to stop the drone and lower the sound?

I have muffler delete which sounds fine, you can look into getting a flowmaster dbx in place for the resonator, should atleast bring the drone down quite a bit while keeping a good sound.

Heres my 1.5T with a vibrant resonator.
It sound great, mines sound a little deeper after the costume resonator but is still drone at 1500-1700rpm. I need a muffler to stop the drone and keep the sound. Here is the clip of the sound after the costume resonator is installed.

No real way to fully stop drone in a CVT other than just keeping stock exhaust

The stock cat is the single biggest drone reducer in the whole system. If you have that and it's still droning, put a muffler in the center of the car (replacing the OEM resonator) and that should fix it.

My current exhaust is like this and it's so quiet I can only hear tire noise above 45mph.

I bought two magnaflow mufflers #11225 hope it will fix the problem.
