ome of my upgrades!
Exterior - I had my rims professionally refinished and blacked out and the calipers painted - makes a huge difference and helps her stand out. I switched out the orange side marker light beside the wheel well for a smoked one. I had the tail lights tinted - maybe my favorite modification. I had the emblems that day Civic, Sport and Touring removed, the H blacked out, and the panel repainted, so it looks like the emblems were never there - it really gives a custom look to the car. I had the side body moundings and moonroof/door visors done by Honda.
Interior - Honda illumination kit - dull red glow in front foot wells and illuminated door panels. I had additional red lighting added to the front foot wells and under the front seats added after market. I changed all the interior lights from white to red. I started to order some red ABS trim pieces - some I have installed, some I have not because it looked like too much and made the car look cheap. I recently had a stereo upgrade installed because the factory “premium” stereo is quite disappointing. This was expensive because with this Civic the entire car has to be rewired to bypass the Honda Amplified system and keep the Honda display. 11 upgraded speakers, 12 inch alpine sub tube (incredible) and Kenwood five channel amp that could support a second sub if I want to at some point.
What things have other people done? Seeking ideas for performance, interior and exterior mods!!
