Hello. I am fat. Kind of. And considering buying a 2020 CIVIC SPORT. Go to your garage and measure the width of the seat as in the bottom part your butt settles on. Then clean it. And tell me the inches so I and everyone can know whether this is a good car for HAM PLANETS.

Iā€™m a 6ā€™2 Hawaiian (bounce around 200-220lbs), Iā€™m not gigantic by any means but Iā€™m larger than the average man. I fit and sit comfortably in my hatch.

If you can fit in the average car, you should be fine. Iā€™d say your best bet would be to go to a dealership and sit in/test drive to see if you fit comfortably. Even look in your area for a used one to check if need be.

Should be fine, its pretty spacious. How about the accord?

Depending on how big, the civic might feel sluggish since it's not very powerful. Or it might just be in my head

I know when I had 2-3 people in my hatch, the difference was pretty noticeable.

Civix HB is very very good for fatties. HB has 800lbs, sedan has 600lbs carrying capacity.

I'm about the same. The lower bolsters on my Si seat do not hug me unnecessarily.

I'm 6'2" and 250 - I can fit, if the seat is as low as it can go. and I have a sunroof.

If you think the Civic cannot fit you comfortably, consider the Accord. OR come to my monthly meet at the end of June to check out both cars in person.
