Civic 2018 EX Sedan Bumper Swap?

I recently ordered a 2021 Civic Sport Sedan Bumper to replace on my 2018 Civic EX Sedan , I had 2 questions, one of them being if the 2018 grill and 2021 grill the same direct fit, and also where I can order the lower covers for the bumper for example (the fog light covers and vent cover) I'm sure I can just go to Honda but was wondering if there is a place where it's cheaper.

from the stock but kind of confused on how to do it or if it will even work
