Check engine light no code

Hey guys I tuned my civic 1.5t to 3 psi Mishimoto tune and turned off o2 sensor. Now I’m just getting a check engine light for no reason. I tuned it back to stock and still have it. No code being shown either . I can’t even start the car with my keys anymore. It turns on for a second then turns off. How can I fix this?

I got no cats I’m catless downpipe I got rid of the engine light by turning it back on. It’s probably gonna come back with a code this time as I drive it.
