Cheaper tire options for a DD?

I'm planning to replace the current rubber bands on my stock wheels. With 245/35/R20, do you have any rubbing issues? I called America's Tire about it and they said their computer says it will rub.
As far as I know, no. If it does rub, it hasn't made itself known to me yet. Other owners choose this tire setup to cushion the ride a bit, so I don't think it rubs.

Thank you for the reply. I have the same reason as to why I want a little meat for tires. I hear too much about bent wheels with these thin tires. I do plan on going 19's later down the road but just need 35 series tires for now.
