Chassis plastic plugs concern

Hi FK8 owners , I’m new to this forum. I purchase the car last year brand new . My2019. Mileage is 4900.I notice something odd on the lower chassis near the front. The plastic plug is coming off and what look like a cover up. Please help me and tell me it’s normal . Before I file a complaint to Honda. I try to up load a photo.

They sometimes use those holes to strap down the car on the trailer. With a hook or something. Nothing to worry about. Just check that it does not rust around that hole.
