What would I have to do to get center pipes on an EX? I’ve seen that people would get a sport model diffuser and get the exhaust system wield around the spare tire. Cause I just ordered Borla S-Type Cat-Back Exhaust System. Any suggestion!???

What you can do is to loop the pipes around where the spare tire bump is or run the pipes underneath that bump like what ProDrager exhaust in Thailand is doing.

If I loop it would it still show with the diffuser I have right now? And do you know where I can find picture of how prodrager exhaust ran the pipes, I want to compare the difference.
Thanks again

Thanks and I was looking at some, would I still need to get the sport diffuser?
For a center exit exhaust like the prodragger, yes you'll need the sport diffuser. I've seen one Civic with a center exhaust on an EX with the stock diffuser, looked weird and was hanging too low.
