Catted downpipe for FK8

What’s up! Thinking about getting a catted downpipe to add to the build. Just curious if I would need a tune or any aftermarket internals to run with it. Also wanted to know if a catted downpipe would pass inspection. Not trying to take it out everytime I have an inspection close lol. Thank you!

Stock internals is fine, would highly suggest a tune however.

I’ve had the PRL catted dp (V1) on for ~10k miles & no codes. Passed emissions as well
