Catless downpipe.

Hello all i have recently installed PRL catless downpipe on a Honda Civic si. I was just wondering is there anyway to try and get rid of some of the raspy ness on the sound? Do i need a aftermarket exhaust or is there anything i can do to my oem exhaust at a shop to make the sound more deeper tone?

I found that on my Type R my Vibrant Ultra Quiet resonator helped with the raspyness

A catless downpipe with the factory Si "catback" is a recipe for rasp. Adding any resonator should help. The Vibrant Ultra Quiet recommended above is always a good option.

Doesn't the stock pipe have a resonator? I think you're going to get rasp no matter what even if it's a slight amount with a catless dp. I do agree though that a resonator will help, i just thought the stock pipe has one.

Yes, it does have one. (behind the front pipe)
