I drive a 2017 civic SI. Everything is stock aside from cosmetic related things.
When I tried turning it on (push to start) I did everything as usual. Clutch in, foot on brake, press the button; usually works.
This time, when I did, sounded like my car wanted to start, I got a few clicks, but now the car wont even click, just shows lights on the dash. When I had initially tried it, it said something along the lines of "electric parking brake problem" or something to that effect.
From what I've read here and other sources online it sounds like a dead battery. I've never changed the battery as of yet, and to my knowledge the previous owner didn't either.
Is there anything else I should be checking or anything else that maybe I'm doing wrong?
