Car shutters when cold starting

Every time I start my car in the morning, even in the summer, it would almost struggle to start and kind of pause for a second then start. Is this normal behavior for such a new car? Its a cvt if that means anything, I have a AEM short ram intake and a muffler delete, not sure if those would cause and problems with this?

Bad battery? At least that’s what happened on my civic.

Maybe idk, ive had the car a little over a year, how is the battery going bad :/
