PRL HVI Intake and Hondata 93 tune

Few months ago after installing PRL intake the car wouldnt crank for a few days. Took it to a shop and they said fuel injectors were filled with gasoline.

Today same issue occured, car would try to crank and nothing. Road side assistance tried boosting, no luck.

Towed it to Honda....started working again

Could it be the tune or PRL intake causing this??

Is there anything I should check?

That is the weirdest of symptoms.. can only suggest returning the car back to the last state it was operating fine without issue...

Or just remove (1) of the recent mods to see if the issue clears.

Example flash ECU back to stock and keep PRL intake installed and see if that fixes it. If so, then it was the tune...

Or do the opposite and remove the intake and swap back to stock and keep the tune and see what happens.

If it were the PRL intake though, I’d suspect others would be experiencing the same problem?

I been running tune without intake for 6 months without problems. It's when the intake was installed these problems started occurring.

Dealer is running some tests atm so I'll let you know in an hour.

I hope I'm.not screwed cuz car has Hondatas tune one it lol -.-

Ah ok. If the dealer comes up empty, then perhaps remove the Intake for awhile to see what happens.

Was the intake the only mod prior to the issue?

Do what father said and run it for a while.

This hose looks twisted. Make sure there's no kink.

The "correct" orientation of the two hoses:

Thanks - I will try to turn it tomorrow. I hope I don't have to remove the hose - it's so annoying to fit haha.
