Your probably going to have to have a flatbed come pick it up and tow it, sorry to hear you almost got jacked. Insurance should pay for the damages. Try getting in the car putting on the seatbelt and apply the brake hold it should work when putting it in gear. or try this

I was so tired that I didn't realize I had to press the brake pedal hard HARD! because the brake pedal had no more assist, it was really hard to press down so I thought I was pressing it enough to release it at first but then I tried to push it harder and the retraced the parking brake. Managed to push to garage.
