Is it safe for having a tuned Civic Hatchback Sport CVT driving long distances? Should one flash back to stock tune when going on like a 350 mile road trip? Looking to have a completely stock setup but with a Mishimoto Intercooler and Phearable 1.5 Non-Si Tune on Low Boost Map ~15PSI**.

Of course. Absolutely. When you're cruising on the highway you're not really getting into boost much anyway.

Matter of fact, my gas mileage is only slightly lower than when I was stock tuned.

I really don't think it's an issue at all even if you left it in the most aggressive map. Just because the extra power (boost) is there doesn't mean you're always using it. Highway cruises are the easiest miles you'll put on your car.

If not, you need to find a new tuner. Sarcasm aside, unless you specifically have a track only tune, you should not have anything to worry about.
