Pretty new to any and everything to do with modding and would like to know if I could get away with putting wheels of this size on stock 2021 sedan sport tires/everything else without rubbing or any other complications?

It’d just be the stock wheels/tires that the 2021 sport sedan comes with straight off the lot, so 235/40 R18 91W
you stock/existing wheel setup is
8Jx18 ET50
and Tyre is 235/40 R18

your proposed new wheel setup is
18x9.5 +30ET

Yes, would I experience any issues with the new setup considering I change the wheels out straight off the lot?

you are increasing your wheel shoulder width by 1.5 inch
keep in mind that your tyre will look different after the rim change

Suspension clearance:
100% clear (leaves even more room than OEM)
Fenders clearance:
New Package will stick out 25 mm (1'') farther. Make sure that you have enough room under the fender. If not, consider narrower tires or higher offset.
Wheelwells clearance:
Will fill out the wheelwell by extra 4 mm. Almost no difference
SPEEDOMETER:
When speedometer reads 60mph (96.6km/h) actual speed will be 60.7mph (97.7km/h): 1.2% faster.

Based on what I've seen, if you want to lower the car at all, I think you should stay within +38 to +45 for 18x9.5 wheels unless you want to run lightly stretched wheels and/or some camber.

Thank you! I’m not sure if I’ll lower it but if I do at any point I’ll definitely be keeping this in mind.

The wheels will poke out abit and if there is any future plan for lowering spring (to close the wheel well), it will rub on the front fender when the lowered spring is compressed.

Thank you! Instead of lowering the vehicle, I might just increase the tire size to give the illusion that it’s lowered. Would you happen to know what tire size would be best for this on a wheel of this size?

not really a good idea to increase the tyre size to close the wheel well gap, it will affect the acceleration and odometer error. Also, increase of tyre size will not significantly close up the wheel well much. I would suggest to go with +35 offset, keep oem size tyre and ~1” drop with Eibach Pro-kit. +35 it will give a dead flush with fender and ~1” drop is a sweet spot to close off the wheel well within oem alignment without any camber kit.

OP, how about 18x8.5 +30 instead?

I just think there's too many potential issues going 235/40 on 9.5 +30.

Here's the look:
