Can I go 225/45/17 on the stock 17" EX-T rims?

Hi ~

I did a little searching and didn't see much in past threads.

Looks like I would be off 1.9% from stock. Not the end of the world, right?

Also, I assume the 17x7 stock rim can easily accommodate the 225 when the stock size is 215.

I want to get a little more aggressive in the tire and profile for handling purposes. The additional weight should not be an issue as I will be getting a tune as well.

Your Civic stock wheels will fit a 225/45R-17 although it will be a slight smaller overall diameter. PM coming your way.
