Whatever it is, it appears to have been 3D printed. That means it's not likely something Honda manufactured.
I agree. This is 3D printed on a home 3D printer.

thank you for your input. I’m hoping that’s what it is. Never seen it before until I heard it fall.

Was your car bought used? I wonder if it's something maybe a previous owner may have added, for some use or another.

Check your seatbelts and seats. I had something similar (although it wasn't 3D printed as this piece appears to be) happen with my mother's car. It looks like it's a trim piece that attached to the seatbelt or to a part of the seat rails. That's my best guess. Either that or it is some strange mount for a gps tracker.

Looks like the seat rail end cover; however, different from mine.

It's nothing Honda made. I've never seen them use 3d printed parts for anything, even one-time use tools/plastic plugs.

When I was working for the CIA, this is what we used to install the GPS tracker in cars.

I AM KIDDING. Could this be a tool used by Honda to install "something", either at the factory, or at the dealership if you bought accessories with your car? May have been left in the car by mistake.

Or it's something a previous potential buyer/tech dropped/lost while trying/moving the car.
