BRZ oem rims (215-45/17 ) on a Civic EX?

Hey,

Have a 2017 EX looking for new tires. Currently have the 16" OEM alloys. Believe the BRZ has 5 x 100 bolt pattern, instead of the civics 114.3 x 5. Don't even know of the offset the BRZ rims have. But would these work in anyway with the civic?

Looks like I'd need an adapter to go from 5x114.3 to 5x110. Don't know if that's a good idea. Also going from current 215-55/16 to 215-45/17 is a -4.37% stepdown diameter difference, which I believe it too much. According to ejelta.com

toyota/subaru's hub diam is 54.1mm[edit 56.1mm] and is smaller than honda's 64.1mm
you can put oem honda rims on a toyota with hub rings easily
but the other way around is more difficult
