Brand new civic ex-t - weird sound/rattle coming from the exhaust/muffler

Back from the dealer
They dont know and refuse to change the exhaust or the baffle
Not loud enough they said...probably due to the outside temperature...

When I run into this, I go to another dealer, and then another if need be. Some dealers are jerks. I would try another. Like, medical, get another opinion.
