my pad clip does the same thing on the front driver's side. i just give it a tap from the outside and it stops the noise for a while. when i switch back to summer wheel/tire setup, i plan on using a punch on the backside of the clip to bend it and keep it from working loose to the outside.
i've also heard of people using a dab of silicone on the clip to keep it from shifting.
