I figured I should start the Brake pad thread since I did not find any. Very few options are out for the Si even though they share the same brake calipers as the Accord Sports. When new products come out in our size, please post a link and a part number if possible. If you have upgraded your pads, please post what they are, what they are used for (track, autocross, rally), and your impressions from stock.

Thank you.

I know they are more known as gimmicky/marketing-based brand that's not at the same level as the big names (Hawk, GLoc, Winmax, etc.), but I emailed Powerstop about their Trackday and Trackday Spec pads, and they should be coming out for the CivicX soon. I know Corvette guys have said good things about them. I know a local track/autocross guy that has them on his FR-S and he likes them.

I emailed Hawk about track pads. I have not received any response back yet. I know they have 5.0 for Si but I need DTC60 or even the Street/race (DTC30) for

front and rear respectively.
Are non-si and Si interchangeable? I know that the type R can use the same rear pads as the rest of the lineup, I imagine the Si uses the same brakes as the rest aswell?

I believe they are not.... Idk if its just the rotors or both the rotors and brakes but the si has been front rotors. i would think the same for the brake. But anyone can confirm this?
