Similar to the Acura rl calipers, you'll need adapter brackets.

I don’t want very big brakes like CTS-V, but maybe a bit bigger than stock and bolt on.
Lexus ls430 are bigger then cts-v brakes.
What size are your stock brakes?

It’s looks very small, like 260-280mm front brakes, I want some thing like 310-320mm.
Maybe just brackets from SI? Or rotors need too?

European models already have 293mm front disc and 280mm rear.
The SI or 10thgen accord front brakes are 312mm .You could use those but you cannot get the rotors in Europe.
If you just want better brakes install Sport brake pads and slotted rotors. It improves the braking a lot.And better sporty tires is the best you can do.

I got the rage brake kit for the front and rear. Super happy with how they came out so far.

I recently installed fastbrakes/TSP performance 4 piston wilwood brake kit.
https://www.fastbrakes.com/product_p/10th-gencivic-si-12.6sl.htm
https://www.twostepperformance.com/...-kit-w-12-6-rotors-for-2016-honda-civic-black

I installed with 20mm spacer. and the clearance is plenty with stock 18in wheels(18x8+50).
this is the rough measurement of clearance. Maybe a thinner spacer can clear as well.

Caliper No: 120-11131
It uses Wilwood 7420 (11131) pad plates.
Honda Civic 10th gen Brake Info thread 1638217712858

It uses HB521F.650 Hawk brake pads.

and unknown brand rotors.
*Edit 2022-01-31 the brake rotor was confirmed to be from Nissan Maxima 2008 2014 A35
but I think left brake pads are making noise when braking, So I ordered brake pads From Acre Japan. and I will replace them once they arrive.

Edit 2022-02-01 ordered Project Mu Brake Pads Type PS Perfect Spec Willwood 4 Pot #7416 #7420 - F1102 for daily use.
Its very smooth for daily driving and the noise I had with hawk pads was gone as soon as I changed them. I like the pmu brake pads very much and I am super happy with them.
I will probably use the acre brake pads for track use as it seems to be more track oriented than pmu ps pads.

Wilwood have these narrow/thin calipers that make them an easy fit to many wheels. Pitty we dont get them in Europe.

In any case, after seeing the D2 BBK on the CRV (which its almost certain that has a different knuckle to the Civic as D2 have confirmed that the CRV kit does not fit the FK7), I'd say that 17.7mm clearance is the minimum extra space needed for a BBK. This means that a 20mm spacer per wheel will do the trick or wheels that are wider than 18mm from stock.

The USDM Civic I believe has 17x7 ET45 while EUDM has 17x8 ET50. 18X8.5 ET35 wheels are generaly a safe choice that can be used if a BBK is to be fitted without spacers (always bearing in mind that the wheel design plays a major role in clearance). 18x8.5 ET40 which is also a common wheel size is way more tricky and does not guarantee spacer-free fitment.

For EUDM models, the cheapest solution is the Renault/Brembo kit from k-system.pro, which by the way can be fitted using OEM or any aftermarket FK7 specific brake lines. I do not know what brand brake discs are supplied (apart from the fact that they are from a Nissan 350Z, 324x30). To anyone interested, I do suggest running Nissan 350Z Brembo Xtra discs. Pricey but great looking and top quality.

Before choosing a kit, remember to check the disc offset also. So for example the FK7 disc offest is 47mm while the 350Z is 49mm. This means that the whole kit will be an extra 2mm further away from the hub.

I confirm that the Brembo/Renault BBK by K-system.pro with the 324x30 discs for the FK7 are cleared by OZ Ultraleggera 17x8 ET40 5x114.3 :)

Too bad this isn’t available in the states. Looks like a great economical choice with calipers that are not overly large.

Can you weigh the calipers and rotors if you haven't installed these yet?
