Boost leak need help

i hear a high pitched whistle from my driver side of my car and i get 0 boost from my turbo dealership said it was intercooler that was damaged along with seals. Changed them but still have the 0 boost and whistle noise. My mechanic friend says the computer might have to be reset and all should be good. Anyone else happen to run into this issue?

Yessir they all seem fine

I’m not to sure on the neg fuel but the turbo is -8 idle and doesnt go above 0 when driving

If it's not going above 0 then you need to check lot of things. Did you get any check engine light?

Not enough info to even begin to try and help.

Did Dealer just tell you what was wrong? Or did the dealer replace the intercooler and seals for you? Just with what I am reading it sounds like a bad cut off valve...... But who knows? If the dealer truly looked at the car they should have easily been able to diagnose that!
