First off this is the first forum I’ve ever joined or posted on so please bare with me and secondly this is probably something extremely stupid on the side of the turbo that goes directly to the intercooler I’m guessing the clamps that were on there were too tight causing the factory hose to rip and tear but under the clamp could that still leak ?

Definitely looks like the clamp was too tight. I'd be taking that into a dealership to deal with under warranty.

I took it too them and they said it wouldn’t be under warranty I just wanted to see if anyone here would know better than me because I didn’t see any signs of leaks from anywhere else

Not sure why that wouldn't be covered, but that's besides the point. Seeing as what appears to be the major cut is on the open end of the hose, I can't imagine that would be what is causing the leak. Do you see any additional holes looking at the inside of the hose?
