When I'm on the my cell phone (active call), I get in my car, phone connects to bluetooth and it hands the call over to my Bluetooth system...except, I can't hear anything. It's silent. I put it back to headset mode, my call is active and person on the other side said I sounded funny until I set it back to headset mode. Any ideas what this could be? I've tested a Nexus 5x and a Samsung Galaxy S7 and both have this issue. It's not handing off from headset/private mode to bluetooth mode successfully. Unfortunately my Honda dealership told me to reboot the system and it should 100% fix it, but the issue remains. I have a Honda Civic 2016 EX.
