Wow... all that wear you see around the end of that piston is because of incorrect tolerance of the piston and cylinder. Anybody know where Boomba is manufacturing their stuff? Because that's bottom of the barrel manufacturing quality.
All of our products are manufactured right here in house in the USA in Wood Dale, Illinois.

Here are some graph of air fuel/boost vs time.

The green line is actual air fuel mixture read by the wideband

Red is target air fuel commanded by the ecu

Purple is boost

Do with this as you may, top graph is stock bypass valve bottom is with the boomba blow off valve. The boba blow off valve does create some rich conditions, although they are only for 50millisecconds. That is an extremely short amount of time. On the other hand, this happens hundreds of thousands of times in a cars life, creating full seconds of rich conditions.

The only effects that I could foresee would be;
Burned up catalytic converter or premature wear,

Excess carbon buildup in cylinder Chambers

Burnt up valves

These are all extremely unlikely due to how short the occurrences are, but nonetheless, they are present.

Feel free to shoot me with questions. I ran the BOV for about 1k miles and went back to stock.

And a few more with the aftermarket boomba blow off valve

This is the third thread I am posting these,

It is kinda scary how boomba has no response to any of them. Maybe I'm wrong, but the data was here.

And for anyone curious, this was done using a cheap OBD2 to Bluetooth adapter and the torque app running on my Google pixel XL

A day doesn't go bye where I wish I had that sound again and I contemplate putting it back on sometimes.
The car feels no different either way, it's just a piece of mind I suppose

i know a lot of people exaggerate but i have actually had tons of people break their necks as i pass them and let off the gas... i usually do it in parking lots of when i'm pulling out of a driveway... damn the noise is great especially knowing it's a brand new car and a honda... they are in shock

I am kinda scared now, I got mine yesterday and it came in the wrong color and no sticker as well.
Hope it performs good for my manual Civic.

you should ask for a refund. It's definitely not good for you engine and you have no need for it.

I'm gonna have to agree with dallasjhawk on this one, the product is good and is made of good materials. They will back their claims on refunds for poor manufacturing, although they have had no reply to any of my findings in regards to air fuel ratios, see above.
