Any idea what happened? I’ve hit everything in settings and can’t get the radio display back!

There are no current service bulletins for this issue on the base model audio units, usually this type of concern has a software update for a fix. Disconnect the battery for 10min then connect the cables again. If you should have a bunch of orange ABS lights on the dash afterwards don't panic, it's normal, drive the vehicle over 8mph in a straight line and they will go away automatically.

Sometimes the audio units just goof up like this, easy fix. If it keeps happening it will need a complete audio unit replacement.

Seems like a pretty excessive fix, no?

Found the fix:
You have the screen saver enabled. Go through the settings and disable it (I don't recall exactly which menu it is).

There's also a hard-button with a moon-like symbol on it. That seems to put it into this mode also.
