Best Wheel Fitment On Sport Hatchback

After a lot of research I still can't find a definite answer, I'm debating on either 18x8.5 30mm offset or 18x9.5 35mm offset on the OEM 235/40/18 tires.
My questions are will either of these sizes rub? And which one will look better? Will there be any problems with either of these sizes? And which one will have more poke? I am lowered on eibach sportline springs.
And another question is will all tire shops mount a 235/40 tire on 18x9.5 cause I know there will be a bit of stretch.

Any fitment pictures with either of these sizes would be appreciated!

You would more than likely not have any rubbing with the 8.5+30. I am running 18x9 +32 with 235/40's and have no rubbing on Eibach Sportlines. I do have the Eibach rear camber arms at about 1 degree negative camber.
