You can use baking soda for that. In a small spray bottle, mix together 2 tablespoons of baking soda, a drop of liquid dish soap, and hot water. Shake. Spray. Soak. Wipe away.

Any quick detailer will work. No need to make it complicated

You can get bird poop stain off car with seltzer water, WD-40 or water and baking soda mixture. Spray the solution immediately on the bird droppings on the car, then wait five to ten minutes before cleaning them up.

I keep a microfiber cloth and a travel size spray bottle filled with Griot's Speed Shine in a zip lock bag in both vehicles for the occasions when the feathered varmints strike away from home.

I use Meguiar's quick detailer with a microfiber cloth. Needless to say, the cloth gets washed after each use. I also use a hybrid ceramic wax from Meguiars too for a measure of protection from bird bombs. Have a look into it or Turtle wax ice seal and shine. Both get fairly good reviews and they're not expensive to apply on the car. Or you could do a "real" ceramic coating but that'll cost waaaay more.
Yeah, my Ceramic Coating cost $1400 and it wasn’t worth it
