There are many bulbs out there that are bright and cheap. It’s hard to say a specific one because it all depends on how cheap you want them and how bright you want them and both. But definitely look into some on Amazon and don’t hesitate to look for videos on bulbs you might have interest in. Personally I can’t give you a solid answer but I am running OPT-7 Fluxbeam X V.2 as my lows (h11) and OPT-7 Ultraglow as my fogs (h8). They are bright but I’ve seen brighter and the Fluxbeams cost me a pretty penny

Low beams use H11's and fog lights H11's as well.

Check these out :

Do you have projector low beams ? if so, try Car Lighting District's Helios series

If you have reflector low beams, their Kong series is better suited they say. Message them on Facebook. super responsive.

Choose two

I tried the Sealights first. They were cheap but not bright. Based on the hundreds of positive reviews here, returned them and went with the Katana H11’s. I like them.

more hassle then they are worth, they either are to loose and shake in the housing when going over pumps or you can't get them to spin into the lock position because the cylinder shaped base spins independent of the retainer ring hook section (the black part that is the "bulb base"). I have these as high beams, I ended up backing out the screws on the ring on the back of the headlight, placing the bulb in place then tightening the screws back down, the only "good" thing about them is that since the cylinder rotates the actual board the LEDs are on you can set the direction you want the LED's to point within the housing. They aren't horrible light output but before I got my HID's fixed (bad ignitors, also Morimoto) and was running stock low beams I actually preferred the stock high beams, they are great with HID lows but the beam pattern feels scattered and garbage with the stock lows, I wouldn't think they would make good low beams personally.

Currently, I am using BEAMTECH H11 LED Headlight Bulb and I am happy with it. It is a 50W 6500K 8000Lumens extremely bright headlight. I am not telling that it is the best but you can try it. Before that, of course, you should know everything about the bulb.

I'm using Auxito LED Low beams and Fogs (3k) and I'm pretty happy with them.
