What's your goal with replacing the intake, is it for sound, visual impact, or performance gains? If it's for the sound or visual impact, the Mishimoto it as good as any while being CARB compliant. If it's for performance, I'd still go with the PRL Cobra, you have 8 years from your registration date before you need to smog the car, and PRL has been going through the process of getting the Cobra CARB certified. Perhaps by the time you actually need to smog your car, the Cobra will be CARB certified, and you can get the sticker retroactively.
